1. Run the “American Funds File – IRA Upload File “ Verify that it is set to “Most Recent Pay Period”

2.Save file to your desktop as a CSV file.

3.Go to the website --> https://fanplan.ssnc.cloud/tf/FANPlan?tx=login.Login&cz=3000518 

4. Login using the following credentials : User ID: GA466704

          Password: O0560706

5. Under “Select an Option”, click on “Upload File”

6. Browse and select file saved to your desktop. Select the “SDPUPLOAD” as the upload map. Click Next

7.Will give you a roster of the employees on the file, click Continue.

8. Click Continue

9.Will give you the breakdown for each employee; verify the totals with the totals on the labor distribution.

10. Verify and Submit
