Towards the end of the month  Deonna will email asking for the MED deduction report for all Texas De Brazil accounts if she has not gotten it LINDSEY MULLINS sets a outlook Calendar reminder to send these manually on the 1st of each month  the email looks like this

RUN THE REPORT FOR PREVIOUS MONTH 


Remember run open in excel and do remove duplicates save and it's good to send to the client
